Wintertime is fun!: Celebrate SnoFest in Georgina

There’s plenty of frosty fun to be had at Georgina’s annual SnoFest.

Enjoy the winter wonderland on Feb. 11, from 2 to 8 p.m. at The ROC, 26479 Civic Centre Rd.

The outdoor fun includes family-friendly activities, live entertainment, outdoor games, food trucks and a snow globe dance party.

Admission to SnoFest is free. Regular prices for ROC all-access tickets and chalet menu items are in effect.

The ROC is open, weather permitting, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 4:30 to 9 p.m.; Saturdays 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.; and Sundays 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Along with skiing, snow tubing and tobogganing, the ROC also offers snowshoeing along marked trails. Snowshoe trails are open to the public on Fridays, 4:30 to 9 p.m., and Saturdays, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
