Peter Pilateris, Director of Transportation and Fleet Management Services, spoke with CP24 about the City’s salting operations ahead of the freezing rain weather. Vaughan declared a Significant Weather Event Wednesday, Jan. 18. Peter cautions residents to drive with care while salt trucks are performing their operations.
