Kabab and Karahi Point in Vaughan was charged following a York Region health inspection for offences that included not adequately protecting against pests.

The restaurant at 22 - 9699 Jane St. was inspected by the public health unit Jan. 4.

It was charged with three offences: not maintaining clean floors in the food handling room, failing to protect against harbouring of pests, and not maintain pest control records.
