Multiple closures on Highway 400 in Vaughan Dec. 5-10 with one leaving ‘all lanes closed’

There will be multiple lanes closures on Highway 400 in Vaughan due to construction and maintenance projects.

There will be recurring construction on Highway 400 Southbound between Major Mackenzie Drive and Major Mackenzie Drive in three alternating lanes. It is anticipated to begin December 4 at 10 a.m. and finish on December 10 around 5 a.m.

There will also be construction on the Highway 400 Southbound on-ramp at Rutherford with "all lanes closed," according to the Ministry of Transportation. The expected start time is on December 4 at 11 p.m. and is anticipated to finish on December 9 around 5 a.m.

And there will be recurring maintenance on Highway 400 Southbound Express between Langstaff Road and Langstaff Road in one lane. It should be expected to begin on December 5 at 9 a.m. and finish December 7 at about 2 p.m.
