Construction is underway at the town’s new business park.
Recently, the Panattoni Development Company broke ground on the first of several new industrial building as part of Georgina’s logistics business park in Keswick.
JUST THE FACT
- Location: northeast corner of Woodbine Avenue and Glenwoods Avenue in Keswick
- The 404 Logistics Park includes a number of industrial buildings
- The first of three buildings in the first three development phases is about 370,000 square feet
- Construction of the first building will result in more than 200 new jobs and the complete build-out has the potential to create about 1,000 new local jobs
- The first building is expected to open in late 2023
- Development plans for the 200 acres owned by Panattoni Development Company include about eight buildings along with a naturalized trail system along the Maskinonge River
- The first phase of the business park was approved in 2016
