It's officially sweater weather.

And with that comes fall fun -- pumpkin patches, wagon rides and corn mazes.

Check out these farm across York Region offering a wide selection of pick-you-own and pre-picked pumpkins. From orange and pink to white and lumpy, find your perfect pumpkin.

Most farms are open until the end of October, including Thanksgiving Monday.

There are several spots in York Region where you can pluck a pumpkin fresh from the field. Check out the map below for places to pick the perfect pumpkin.

APPLEWOOD FARM

Pick your own pumpkins and apples plus enjoy the corn maze, wagon rides, Insta-worthy pics in front of the sunflower field or climb a straw bale mountain.

The chip truck is open on weekends.

Admission includes one pick-your-own pumpkin or squash while quantities last.

Open until the end of October: Wednesday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., weekends 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

BROOKS FARMS

This popular farm offers pick-your-own pumpkins, squash, apples and fall raspberries.

Enjoy the annual Fall Fun Festival featuring straw pyramids, corn mazes, bouncing pillows, train rides, zip lines and pirate ships and a fire truck as well as fresh baked goods in the Farm Market.

Open until the end of October: Fall Fun Festival, Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m.to 5 p.m.; playland and market are open daily 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

HOLTROP FAMILY FARM

It's time for pumpkins, squash and fall decor. Holtrop Family Farm grows more than 20 different squash varieties. Pumpkins ranging in size from the palm of your hand to pumpkins that require two people to lift.

Open until the end of October: Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Saturday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

HOMESTEAD ORCHARDS

Homestead Orchards grows a variety of different kinds of pumpkins in their pumpkin patch. There is also a wide selection of pre-picked pumpkins and squash in the farm store.

Open until the end of October: Tuesday to Thursday, 10 a.m.to 5 p.m.; Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Enjoy pick-your-own pumpkins, a corn walk and farm games.

Robintide Farms grows more than 20 varieties of orange, white and specialty pumpkins ranging from about 2 lbs to more than 30 lbs. Specialty variety pumpkins include cronus, goose bumps, crystal star and magic wand.

ROUND THE BEND FARM

There’s plenty to do at Round the Bend Farm, including corn and straw mazes, forest scavenger hunt, life-size tic tac toe, pumpkin basketball and pumpkin bowling.

The farm also has a collection of pre-picked white, pink, tan and lumpy pumpkins, squash and gourds at the market.

STRAWBERRY CREEK FARM MARKET
