The City of Vaughan continues to mourn the passing of Her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, and is observing a Day of Mourning to mark the date of Her late Majesty’s funeral. City Hall continues to be illuminated royal blue & flags at all City facilities remain at half-mast.
