Candidate registrations open for 2022 Aurora municipal election

The Town of Aurora’s municipal election will take place on Oct. 24, but registration is now open for candidates to run for town council or school board trustee.

Municipal leaders make decisions on growth and infrastructure in Aurora that help shape the community and deliver programs and services.

Nomination forms for the 2022 municipal election can be filed in person or by an agent with the returning officer from May 2 to Aug. 19 during regular business houses, by appointment only.
