If you plan on visiting the Aurora Cultural Centre, don’t put your mask away just yet.
Although the provincial government has made mask-wearing optional in most settings as of March 21, the centre will require anyone participating in its indoor programming to wear masks through to June 30.
That includes all staff, instructors, contractors, volunteers, students and patrons.
“We're all looking forward to a time where these requirements are no longer necessary,” the centre said in a statement.
“It's been a long road for the arts over these past two years. We're focused on implementing careful steps to ensure a lasting return to live in-person arts experiences. We appreciate understanding and co-operation. And most of all, we are excited to see you once again.”
