Highway closures for York Region this week (Mar. 20)

Avoid traffic jams before they happen: your weekly roundup of Ontario highway closures for new and ongoing construction in York Region, including Markham, Vaughan, Newmarket, Richmond Hill, Thornhill, Aurora and King.

• Highway 400 northbound between King / Vaughan Townline Road and King Road: two left lanes closed until March 21 at 6 a.m.
• Highway 400 southbound between King Road and King / Vaughan Townline Road: two left lanes closed until March 21 at 5 a.m.

Closures are scheduled by the Ministry of Transportation for the improvement, maintenance and repair of provincial highways, ramps and bridges.

The resulting disruptions may be intermittent or ongoing, and are subject to change due to weather, emergencies and other factors.
