Hop into spring and meet the Easter Bunny at Aurora's Hello Spring event April 16

It’s time to say goodbye to winter and welcome spring in Aurora.

The town is inviting families to attend its Hello Spring event, where youngsters will have a chance to see the Easter Bunny.

Hello Spring runs from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on April 16.

The cost is $5 per child and is open to kids aged two to 12.

The event will be held at the Aurora Seniors’ Centre at 90 John West Way, northwest of Wellington Street and Bayview Avenue.

Pre-registration is required through Aurora’s online registration system e-Play.

Registered participants will receive an activity bag with crafts, activities, and treats.

Outdoor activities for children include fishing for eggs, planting your own spring flower, a hopstacle course, kite flying and more.

Indoor activities include photos with the Easter Bunny, bunny bowling, special guests and some surprise activities.

There are three time slots available, but with limited space in each slot.
