York Regional Police close parts of northbound Islington Avenue in Vaughan following tractor trailer rollover

York Regional Police have closed northbound lanes on Islington Avenue from Willis to Langstaff roads in Vaughan due to a tractor trailer rollover.

According to Const. Maniva Armstrong, the call came in at around 11:38 p.m. to police for a tractor trailer rollover.

The male driver of the truck has no obvious signs of injury. He was seen by paramedics that attended the scene, Armstrong said.

Westbound lanes on Langstaff Rd. are also blocked.

The YRP Duty Office tweeted about the incident, advising drivers in the area to find an alternate route.
