Two infill developments have been proposed for one semi-detached and one single detached houses at 0 Lowther Ave. near Bathurst Street in Richmond Hill.

JUST THE FACTS:

Who: Elmway Developments Ltd.

Where: 0 Lowther Ave.

What: A request has been received to amend the zoning bylaw for lands described as Lot 1183, Lots 1184 and 1185, Plan 133 and municipally known as 0 Lowther Ave. The applications seek to permit the construction of one single detached and one semi-detached dwelling on the subject lands.

What next: A "complete" development application has been received by the City of Richmond Hill pursuant to the Planning Act. The application has been circulated to city departments and external agencies for review and comment. A council public meeting will be scheduled and held at a later date, with formal notice being provided pursuant to the statutory requirements of the Planning Act.
