WinterFest is back at Canada's Wonderland, and there's lots for you and your family to enjoy, like ice-skating on Snow Flake Lake, live shows and holiday entertainment, hundreds of Christmas lit trees throughout the park, and much more.

Here are five things to know about WinterFest:

Symphony of Music:

There are more than a dozen live shows to enjoy on select nights of WinterFest. Shows include Christmas carollers performing beautiful renditions of holiday classics, Dancing Lights at Tinsel Town, where lights dance to a symphony of music, and Four Drummers Drumming, putting the pa-rum-pa-pa-pum in Christmas.

Sweet smells of Gingerbread:
Bake cookies for Santa with Mrs. Claus at her North Pole kitchen. Kids of all ages are welcome to decorate these sweet treats however they want, and meet and have photos taken with Mrs. Claus. This activity has an extra charge, and capacity will be limited.

Jolly ol' Elf:
Visit Santa at his workshop at the North Pole, and meet the big man in red and have your photo taken in a physically distanced setting. Due to COVID-19, capacity will be limited at this activity as well as many other activities.

Magical Holiday:
The Northern Starlight is one of the new attractions in the North Pole themed area, and is where you can be transported to a magical holiday world with a starlit walk through a 100-foot-long, coloured LED tunnel.

Snow Flake Lake:
Enjoy a family ice skating experience on Snow Flake Lake where there will be lit trees and holiday light projections. This activity requires an online reservation in advance, and is $5 per person. Skate rentals are available.
