Stouffville cancels New Year's Eve fireworks at Memorial Park due to COVID-19

Town cancels event due to high number of cases in York Region

With COVID-19 numbers on the rise across Ontario, cancellation of events are rolling in and Stouffville is no different.

The town announced its New Year’s Eve Fireworks event at Memorial Park has been postponed due to the rising case counts in York Region.

A new dated for the event is yet to be determined. For inquiries, please contact events@townofws.ca.

The municipal offices will be closed from 12 p.m. Dec. 24 to 28 and 12 p.m. Dec. 31 to Jan. 3.
