9 candidates certified to run in 2022 Richmond Hill mayoral byelection

Nominations for the upcoming byelection for Richmond Hill mayor have closed, and nine certified candidates are officially in the running. Here is the official list:

Eligible voters are encouraged to confirm their information is correct and complete on the Voters' List to ensure a smooth voting process.

It's easy to check if you are on the Voters' List:

 

Voter Information Packages will be sent in early January. Each will contain a unique Voter ID number and PIN (Personal Identification Number), as well as instructions on how to cast your ballot using the internet voting system.

Online voting for the 2022 byelection will be available from 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 18, until 8 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 24, 2022.

In-person voting will be available on Saturday, Jan. 22, 2022 and Sunday, Jan. 23, 2022 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Voting Day, Monday Jan. 24, 2022 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
