Winter parking restrictions are back in King Township.
The township’s parking bylaw doesn’t allow vehicles to park on roadways between Nov. 1 and April 15 each year, between the hours of 2 a.m. and 6 a.m., to allow for winter road maintenance.
But temporary on-street parking permits are available for certain exceptions. Overnight guests, deliveries or driveway repairs are all reasons for a temporary permit. You can apply for up to four permits between Nov. 1 and April 15.
