At Bathurst and Centre streets in Thornhill, Rosepark Townhomes features a collection of 106 modern dwellings. Designed by Icon Architects for Arya Corporation and Dez Capital Corporation, the homes put a unique spin on the conventional townhouse, helping to meet a growing demand for more "missing middle" housing in the Rosedale North Park community -- a term used to describe a range of multi-unit housing that is compatible in scale with single-family homes, which help meet the growing demand for walkable, urban living.
The development is conveniently located across the street from Promenade Mall, which offers residents access to shops, restaurants and cafes. It is also in close proximity to several of the walking trails and parks that Thornhill has to offer, including Oakbank Pond, Rosedale North, and Royal Orchard.
Rosepark's vicinity to highways and transit also make it ideal for commuters, with Highway 407, Highway 7, Langstaff GO Station, and multiple TTC stations on Line 1 all within a short distance of the neighbourhood.
A notable condo-inspired convenience rarely seen in townhome developments is Rosepark's two-car underground parking with direct access to units. Incorporating underground parking also allows the developers to eliminate trench-like laneways, which not only maximizes the space planning above, it also helps create a safer, more beautiful, and a more vibrant pedestrian-friendly community.
Designed for young families who are looking for more space or people who are interested in downsizing, each Rosepark townhome features a personal rooftop terrace or a private backyard. In addition, purchasers of the traditional Bonica Collection townhomes are given the opportunity to have a private elevator installed in their home.
The Rosepark Townhome community boasts landscaping along with parkettes and a courtyard for residents to share and enjoy. The contemporary architectural elements including pitched roofing and French windows are a nod to the aesthetic elements in the surrounding community of Rosedale North Park. Combined with the custom aluminium roof panelling and brickwork on the exterior, these details are aimed to work together to create townhomes that are unique and timeless.
Tomas Pearce Interior Design Consulting Inc designed Rosepark’s open concept layouts. Created to complement the exterior of the townhomes, the interiors feature contemporary elements fitted with modern finishings, and are built to maximize interior space. Each townhome boasts a full galley kitchen with a floating island, ensuite bathrooms with a double sink, a full bathtub, and frosted glass finishes. Large windows throughout the home and glass partitions along the main stairwell offer abundant natural light.
Prices at Rosepark begin from the mid $1.3 millions for the three-bedroom Stellata Collection and the mid $1.4 millions for three and four-bedroom traditional Bonica Collection Towns. Registration is open.
