What: A request has been received to amend the Official Plan and Zoning Bylaw for lands at the address above. The applications seek to permit a high-density residential development comprised of two apartment buildings connected by a four-storey podium. The proposed development would include a total of 617 apartment dwelling units, 33 townhouse dwelling units (within the base podium) and 740 parking spaces.

What next: Complete development applications have been received by the City of Richmond Hill. A public meeting will be scheduled and held at a later date, with formal notice being provided to nearby residents.
