A high-density residential/commercial development has been proposed for three towers -- one to stand 20 storeys tall and the other two 18 -- on Yonge Street in Richmond Hill.

What: A request has been received to amend the Zoning Bylaw for lands on the addresses above. The applications seek to permit a high-density residential/commercial development comprised of three towers connected by two six-storey podiums, a combined total of 610 residential units, 750 parking spaces, a gross floor area of 52,977 square metres (570,258.34 square feet) and a Floor Space Index of 5.0 on the subject lands.
What next: Complete development applications have been received by the City of Richmond Hill. A public meeting will be scheduled and held at a later date, with formal notice being provided to nearby residents.
