An infill development has been proposed for 14 semi-detached and two single detached houses at 16th Avenue near Bayview in Richmond Hill.

JUST THE FACTS:

Who: Minoo Mahroo

Where: 551 and 561 16th Ave.

What: A request has been received to amend the zoning bylaw for lands on the addresses above. The application seeks to permit a development proposal comprising 14 semi-detached dwelling units and two single detached dwelling units on the subject lands.

What’s next: A “complete” development application has been received by the City of Richmond Hill pursuant to the Planning Act. The application has been circulated to city departments and external agencies for review and comment. A council public meeting will be scheduled and held at a later date, with formal notice being provided pursuant to the statutory requirements of the Planning Act.
