Cancer research can’t wait until the COVID-19 pandemic is over.

The annual Georgina Terry Fox Run will be a little different this year.

Instead of mass groups of runners and walkers pounding the pavement in each neighbourhood honouring those who died of cancer, those still fighting and those who survived, residents are encouraged to still participate Sept. 19.

Be part of the fight to end cancer by hosting a garage sale or getting active.

Every person counts and so does every dollar.
