Pop-up clinics offering COVID-19 vaccines open throughout York Region

York Region COVID-19 vaccination pop-up clinics have are running in various locations across the region until Sept. 2.
The pop-up clinics are available to further increase access to vaccines and improve overall vaccination rates, according to an Aug. 31 news release from the region.
Pop-up clinics will run in the following locations:
Royal Canadian Legion Branch 414 Woodbridge, 60 Legion Court Road, Vaughan, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Niagara University, 2904 Hwy. 7, Vaughan, 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
RioCan Colossus Centre, 7501 Weston Rd., Vaughan, 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Vaughan Metropolitan Centre, 101 Edgeley Blvd., Vaughan, 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
The pop-up clinics will offer both the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines and will be open to walk-ins for first and second doses.
Clinics held on Sept. 2 will offer the Pfizer vaccine only and will be open to walk-ins for first and second doses.
The following community clinics are also available for first and second dose vaccinations. They will offer both Moderna and Pfizer vaccines:
Maple Community Centre, 10190 Keele Street, Vaughan, Monday and Wednesday, 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
York Region Administrative Centre, 17250 Yonge St., Newmarket, Tuesday and Thursday, 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
