Three confirmed cases of COVID-19 linked to wedding events at La Primavera event space in City of Vaughan

York Region Public Health is notifying people who attended a wedding shower on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 and/or a wedding on Thursday, August 12, 2021 at La Primavera Event Space about a potential exposure to COVID-19. La Primavera Event Space is located at 77 Woodstream Boulevard in the City of Vaughan.
York Region Public Health continues to investigate and conduct case and contact management. To date, 3 laboratory-confirmed cases among York Region residents have been associated with these events.
Individuals at either of these events, including all guests and staff, should take the following actions:
This applies to all guests and staff and includes those who are fully vaccinated. Notifications such as this public notice are not required under the provincial case and contact management guidance; however, York Region Public Health issues these out of an abundance of caution to keep our communities safe.
