It's barely been a month since Canada's Wonderland has reopened its doors to thrill-seekers and amusement park fans but they just dropped a major announcement for what 2022 will bring -- so brace yourselves for a wild year at the park.

Wonderland is going to have "four seasons" of incredible experiences and events for visitors, according to an emailed press release. Foodies, prepare yourself: next summer there is going to be an International Food Festival that will almost literally take you on a trip around the world with delicious food, drinks and desserts from over a dozen countries.

If you're a diehard fan of fireworks, Canada's Wonderland is going to host pretty pyrotechnic shows on select long weekends all throughout the summer months. Apparently, there will be over 6,000 fireworks for each show, with some that will even reach over 800 feet tall.

For those who live off the adrenaline rush from being absolutely terrified, Halloween Haunt is set to return September through October. It will be packed again with monsters, and guests can check out a bunch of horrifying experiences from mazes to some spooky entertainment. If you prefer to keep your Halloween season more light-hearted, you can check out the Family Halloween Event and hang with Snoopy and the PEANUTS squad.

Canada's Wonderland will turn into the ultimate winter wonderland for Winterfest, which will grace the park all throughout the colder winter months in November and December. All throughout the park, there will be millions of twinkling lights, and guests can go ice skating and enjoy some scrumptious sweets.

On top of all of the events hitting the park each and every season, Canada's Wonderland is also going to be opening a massive lodge-style restaurant that will become the largest restaurant in the park. Its patio will apparently overlook the Yukon Striker, so you can pretty much have dinner and a show.

Wonderland has just dropped its 2022 GOLD passes of the season, which will allow guests to hit up Splash Works and the park as many times as they want. Plus, it will also include admission to that year's Halloween Haunt and WinterFest.

Anyone who buys a season or GOLD pass by Sunday, August 15, will also get a free single-day Fast Lane Plus to use sometime this fall, so you can bypass the notoriously long lines and hit up Leviathan and Behemoth as many times as you want.
