Looking to tap your toes and listen to some tunes?

Starting tonight, Aurora’s Concerts in the Park series kicks off with a new season.

The 24th season of weekly live entertainment, beginning July 7 and continuing every Wednesday evening until Sept. 1, will feature in-person and live streaming experiences.

The concerts take place in Town Park at Metcalfe and Wells streets from 7 to 9 p.m.

"Concerts in the Park returns July 7 and I can’t wait to see Aurorans enjoying live music in the heart of our town this summer," Mayor Tom Mrakas said.

"This is an annual event that brings our community together and is a treasured summer tradition."

Due to limited capacity, Aurora residents must preregister for each concert.

Registration will open on www.aurora.ca/eplay the Friday before each concert.

Visit www.aurora.ca/summerconcerts to see the weekly concert announcement.

The concerts are free but concertgoers are asked to consider donating non-perishable food to the Aurora Food Pantry.

Share your concert photos on the town’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram channels using #AuroraConcerts.

The concerts are presented by Del Manor, with the TD Bank Group as the live stream sponsor.
