Ontario moved into Step Three of its three-step Roadmap to Reopen Friday, July 16 at 12:01 a.m.

As a result, residents should be aware of the following:

WHAT'S CURRENTLY OPEN

Richmond Hill Public Library with limited study space and computer use, access to browse shelves, in-branch holds pickup, and continued curbside pickup. Find out more at rhpl.ca/reopening.

WHAT'S OPENING IN STEP 3

Pre-registration is required and capacity limited for all recreation programs.

Until the main Municipal Offices and Operations Centre reopens to the public, residents can continue to access many city services online, by phone or by appointment.
