Chris Saccoccia, a.k.a. Chris Sky, has been arrested again, but this time the charges are plenty more serious.

Toronto police arrested the 37-year-old King Township resident May 19 after receiving complaints that on May 12 he allegedly threatened to shoot several people several times over the phone.

Police officers attempted to arrest Saccoccia during the early hours of May 19.

Police allege the suspect got in his vehicle to drive away.

Police attempted to block the vehicle and an officer got out of a cruiser to approach Saccoccia.

At that point, police allege Saccoccia's vehicle reversed and "drove directly at the officer, causing him to jump out of the way to avoid being hit".

Following this alleged interaction Saccoccia, who came to prominence during COVID-19 fighting against mask rules, is alleged to have sped away.

On May 20, Saccoccia turned himself in at 53 division and was charged with three counts of uttering threats, assaulting a peace officer with a weapon and dangerous operation of a conveyance.

Saccoccia, the son of wealthy Vaughan developer Art Saccoccia, has been in the news many times recently. The anti-mandatory masker had a social media account removed by Facebook, was put on Canada's no-fly list and was arrested during his tour of the country.

He's also recently taken to hosting the conspiracy theory show InfoWars.

Anti-masker, King City resident charged with not isolating after trip abroad. He is set to appear in College Park Court May 20.
