The drive-thru vaccine clinic at SoccerCity in Stouffville opened April 12. The clinic is run in partnership with the town, the Stouffville Medical Centre and York Region Public Health.

COVID-19 vaccinations will be offered in the priority sequence as outlined by York Region Public Health. Please visit www.york.ca/covid19vaccine for eligibility criteria to determine if you are able to book your vaccination. Eligible persons (currently patients aged 60-plus) can make an appointment by registering online at www.stouffvillemedicalcentre.ca/covid-19. All vaccinations are by appointment only.

“Getting Stouffville residents their COVID-19 vaccination is our highest priority this spring,” Whitchurch-Stouffville Mayor Iain Lovatt said. “We’ve conducted test runs for the drive-thru clinic and the process has so far been seamless. This has been a complete community led and team initiative. We are looking forward to seeing our residents drive-thru to receive their vaccines and enjoy a positive experience.”

Vaccine supply is limited, and the clinic has little control over the type and quantity of vaccine distributed. As such, clinic hours may vary based on how much vaccine is available. If no appointments are available, please check back online often as new slots open as soon as vaccines become available.

As a reminder to Stouffville residents, Innovator Avenue will be a one-way westbound street for the duration of the drive-thru clinic. The entrance into clinic is accessible from Mostar Street.
