Time to hop into the new season with Aurora's Hello Spring! event for kids April 3

Activities include nature toss, plant a spring flower and photos with the Easter Bunny

Spring has sprung and Aurora is inviting children to welcome in the new season.

Hello Spring! will feature a variety of outdoor activities April 3 on the field behind the Aurora Seniors Centre at 90 John West Way near Wellington Street and Bayview Avenue.

Children 12 years of age and under will receive an activity bag full of crafts and some treats.

Outdoor activities for children include a nature toss, plant your own spring flower, have your photo taken with the Easter Bunny, an obstacle course and more.

The fun takes place from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

All participants must physically distance and wear a mask.

Pre-registration is required through aurora.ca/eplay beginning on March 25.

The registration fee is $3 per person.

There are 30-minute time slots available, but with limited space in each session.
