A residential tower and townhouses are planned for the northwest corner of Yonge Street and Brookside Road in Richmond Hill.

JUST THE FACTS

• Who: Millwin Investments Limited

• Where: 11300 Yonge St., Richmond Hill

• What: A 12-storey residential apartment building comprised of 277 dwelling units and 57 three-storey townhouse units with 414 parking spaces are being proposed for the 34,0801-square-foot area of land.

• How: A request has been made to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law for the subject lands to permit a high- and medium-density, mixed-use development.

• What next: The applications have been circulated to city departments and external agencies for review and comment. A council public meeting will be scheduled and held at a later date, with formal notice being provided.
