Recently, Panattoni Development Company acquired 200 acres of industrial lands in Keswick.
JUST THE FACTS:
- Location: northeast corner of Woodbine and Glenwoods avenues in Keswick, spanning from Glenwoods Avenue to Riverglen Drive;
- The town designated 500 acres for business development more than a decade ago;
- The 200-acre parcel of land is zoned to permit a wide range of industrial uses as well as professional offices;
- The site can accommodate more than 2,000 jobs and is available for immediate development;
- The three-phased development plans are currently going through the town’s approval process;
- Proposed development plans include a 1.3 million square-foot industrial building in phase one. Phase two includes two industrial buildings of similar size, followed by three other buildings along Woodbine Avenue, ranging between 24,000 to 220,000 square-feet.
