City of Vaughan reopening outdoor amenities

Vaughan is reopening a number of outdoor amenities. The City has already opening its toboggan hill and dog park, while all five outdoor rinks are set to open on Monday. Amenities were initially shut down due to rising case numbers and concerns about overcrowding.
