A parcel of land in the heart of Richmond Hill for which a small condo was originally planned is being proposed for 19 back-to-back townhouses instead.

- What: A medium-density residential development comprised of 19 stacked, back-to-back townhouse dwelling units with a building height of three storeys, an FSI of 0.99 and 19 parking spaces on the subject lands.
- How: Yeda Major MacKenzie Inc. originally submitted a proposal for a five-storey residential apartment building comprised of 33 dwelling units on the subject lands. The applicant has since revised their proposal and requested to amend the zoning bylaw for the townhouse development.
- What next: The application has been circulated to city departments and external agencies for review and comment. A council public meeting will be scheduled and held at a later date.
