LCBO in Vaughan, McDonald's in Richmond Hill, Longo's in Markham latest businesses with positive COVID tests
Employees of several large chains test positive for novel coronavirus

The positive COVID-19 tests keep coming at large grocers and retailers across York Region.
Longo's locations in Markham and Vaughan both reported employees with positive COVID-19 tests.
The Longo's at 3085 Hwy. 7, Markham reported a positive test. The last day the employee worked was Jan. 7.
An employee at the Rutherford Longo's, 5283 Rutherford Rd., Vaughan, also tested positive. The last day that employee worked was Jan. 5.
The LCBO located at 3631 Major Mackenzie Dr., Vaughan also reported a positive test from an employee. The last day that employee worked was Dec. 31. It's not the only LCBO in Vaughan that had an employee test positive recently. An outbreak was declared at the 8260 Hwy. 27 location last week after four employees tested positive.
A McDonald's employee at the 1070 Major Mackenzie Dr. E. location in Richmond Hill also tested positive. The last day they worked was Jan. 8.
The news comes after there was a raft of positive tests at retailers across York Region last week, including 22 Loblaw employees and employees at five Longo's locations and numerous other grocery stores.
