Ontario announces hiring of Education Health Advisor

Dr. Tepper has been hired to work in collaboration with Chief Medical Officer of Health, Dr. David Williams, as well as individual school boards, frontline partners, partner ministries and other officials.

He previously served as President of North York General Hospital, Vice-President of Education at Sunnybrook and within the Ministry of Health.

His appointment will last until the end of the 2020-21 school year.

“I am confident that Dr. Tepper’s addition to our team -- supported by his track record and medical leadership -- will help continue to keep our school communities safe,” said Education Minister Stephen Lecce.
