Dump truck fire on Teston Road slows area traffic

Traffic delays are anticipated as emergency crews tend to a dump truck fire on Teston Road in Vaughan.

York Regional Police responded to a call at 1:37 p.m. regarding a dump truck located on Teston Road and between Hwy. 400 and Jane Street, according to Sgt. Andy Pattenden.

The truck is on the side of the road as Vaughan Fire and Rescue Service crews work to control the fire.

There is no indication of any injuries are involved in the incident.

Motorists are advised to find an alternative route as crews work at the scene.
