1-day drive-thru COVID-19 testing coming to Georgina

Georgina Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic hosts drive-thru COVID-19 testing and flu shot clinic in Sutton

The Georgina Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic is hosting a drive-thru COVID-19 testing centre for the local community.

Located at the Sutton Arena, 48 Hawkins St., the drive-thru testing takes place Oct. 28 from 10 a.m. to noon.

Testing is for symptomatic and nonsymptomatic residents, especially those working or visiting long-term care facilities, residents of long-term care facilities, employees and clients of a homeless shelter, international students who have passed the 14-day quarantine period, farm workers and Georgina Island First Nation residents.

The clinic is also hosting a flu shot clinic by appointment on Oct. 28.
