The Whitchurch-Stouffville Public Library fully reopened to the public Aug. 25.

“We are so excited to fully reopen our doors to our community,” said Margaret Wallace, Whitchurch-Stouffville Public Library's chief executive officer.

Customers are able to browse the collections, use computers, book study rooms, access photocopying and printing services, and pick up items on hold. But they are asked to limit visits to one hour or less.

Physical distancing measures, hand hygiene, and mandatory face coverings are required as per York Region Health Guidelines.

The library’s Phase 3 hours are Tuesday to Thursday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The library will be closed Sunday and Monday.

Library items can be returned through the external book drop. All returns are quarantined for 96 hours.
