A power outage impacting an area of Vaughan late Aug. 24 has been resolved.
Approximately 875 residences and businesses in the Pine Valley Drive and Hwy. 7 area were without power for an eight-hour period from the early evening into the early hours of the morning.
A spokesperson for Alectra Utilities said cable faults between two transformers were the cause of the outage.
The power was out from just before 6:30 p.m. until nearly 2:30 a.m. when power was restored.
