This year attendance is limited to 100 people and families have to stay in their circle.
Within 48 hours of the Town of Newmarket announcing its perennially popular free movies in the park would return, registration was full.
You can only get on the waiting list for the Aug. 25 and Sept. 1 Moonlight Movie screenings, as the town has limited attendance to 100 Newmarket residents -- in their social circles -- among other pandemic protocols.
The modified screenings are being held Tuesday evenings in Dennis Park, on the Cane Parkway, where the town is providing eight-feet physical distancing circles in the grass, spread 12-feet apart.
Proof of registration is required for entry to the park.
