Canada Day! Let’s celebrate virtually July 1

Markham's Canada Day celebrations are going virtual this year --for the first time ever!

Although we are physically distancing to stop the spread of COVID-19, we will still be celebrating together online, virtually, while apart.

We invite you, the community, to share your input and contribute to our Canada day celebrations on July 1 to help make them extra special. The deadline to share your input and contribute is Friday, June 12:

• Take our survey and tell us what you think should be part of our virtual event.
• Join Markham in singing "O Canada" by submitting a selfie video.
• Share your Canadian trivia questions with us.
• What does being Canadian mean to you? Help us build a Canada Day word cloud.
• Enter Markham's Great Canadian Colouring Contest for a chance to win a prize!
• To share your input and contributions, you must be a registered user of Your Voice Markham. Register for free.
