FIT4HEART OPEN HOUSE AT PURE FX FITNESS STUDIOS

The team at Pure FX Studios located on Keele St. recently held an Open House in support of the Heart and Stroke Foundation at their fabulous premises. Guests were invited to come and meet the team at Pure FX and to participate in a number of challenges and group exercise classes. As well, it was a chance to try the "Real Ryder Cycle Experience" and enjoy samplings of a variety of healthy treats. Deputy Mayor and Local and Regional Councilor Mario Ferri stopped by as did a number of guests and even Popeye! Participants were also able to learn more about the spiritual healing art of Reiki, the stillness of meditation and to enjoy a complimentary neck massage. All of this took place between 9 am and noon, February 8th during which time guests could also spend time learning about how to set realistic fitness goals - and remember, all this and more was under the umbrella of the FIT4HEART Open House in support of Heart and Stroke!
