#LoveisLove Valentine's Day Dance

An event for teenagers featuring dancing and food, hosted in partnership with the Chief’s 2SLGBTQ+ Community Consultative Roundtable, including PFLAG York Region. The event is Feb. 7 at 7 p.m. at Newmarket Community Centre.

Snowshoes and Snow-Clues

Learn about the wonders of winter wildlife and identify tracks and signs of local animals. Try out snowshoeing and leave behind tracks of your own in Oak Ridges' Grovewood Park Feb. 8 at 10 a.m.

Vaughan Butter Tart and Sweet Treat Festival

In addition to the treats, enjoy face painting, story telling, mini photo sessions for Valentine's Day and the local marketplace at Trio Sportsplex in Vaughan Feb. 8 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Toronto Male Welsh Choir

This strong ensemble of 35 male voices singing classic and popular works performs at All Saints Anglican Church in King City Feb. 8 at 2:30 p.m. Call the church to purchase tickets at 905-833-5432.

The 31st annual award-winning Winterfest is presented by TD and event sponsor Tim Hortons Feb. 9 from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Vellore Village Community Centre in Vaughan.
