Plans are in the works to build four residential apartment buildings in Vaughan in the area of Bathurst Street and Beverley Glen Boulevard.

Builder: The current owner of this development is Daniels Baif Thornhill Inc.

Numbers: There will be 763 apartment units, 585.64 square meters of commercial gross floor area and 942 parking spaces.

History: An open house was scheduled for Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at the Rosemount Community Centre (attached to Westmount C.I.) for the proposal put forward to develop the empty lot located at the northwest corner of Bathurst Street and Beverley Glen Boulevard.

Recent update: The applicant is working with the city to obtain final site plan approval and register a site plan agreement.
