Economic and community development committee: Meeting Dec. 4, the committee will be dealing with, among other things, the promotion of “Culinary Experiences in Scarborough,” looking at ways that the city has been able to incorporate the Winterlicous and Summerlicious programs in the east-end neighbourhoods of Scarborough.

Infrastructure and environment committee: On Dec. 5, the infrastructure and environment committee will be debating a congestion management plan, and a report looking at ways to utilize rail corridors and other off-road routes for cycling infrastructure.
