Vaughan seeks citizen to be part of accessibility advisory committee

Vaughan Council is seeking to appoint one citizen to be part of its Accessibility Advisory Committee for the council term ending Nov. 30, 2022.

The role of the Accessibility Advisory Committee is to advise council and support the city's work in identifying and removing barriers and lay the foundation for creating and sustaining a safe and inclusive city for all residents.

The deadline for receiving applications is 4:30 p.m. Dec. 20.

An application package (including terms of reference and eligibility criteria) is available in the office of the city clerk, Vaughan City Hall, 2141 Major Mackenzie Dr., at all City of Vaughan public libraries and community centres, and online.
