The International Day of Older Persons

On October 1, the International Day of Older Persons, Joseph Gulizia President/CEO of UniversalCare along with Rina Tiberini, Quinto Annibale and Pina Falbo Board Members from Villa Colombo Vaughan hosted the Hon. Dr Merilee Fullerton Minister of Long-Term Care and the Hon. Stephen Lecce Minister of Education.
Residents, staff, families and volunteers had the opportunity to meet these esteemed guests and were all impressed with their knowledge of long term care. Minister Dr. Fullerton and Minister Lecce took the opportunity to thank and acknowledge the staff from UniversalCare and Villa Colombo Vaughan for the amazing and compassionate care they provide to the residents and their families.
