Hotel Vie by Marriott has 250 suites and it’s coming to Vaughan.
Construction of the 12-storey, luxury hotel will begin by the latter part of 2019 and is expected to finish in 2021, the website of Parentela International, the event company behind Gran Sasso Social Catering in the '60s, La Stella Banquet Hall in the '70s and then Château Le Jardin Event Venue in the '80s, read.
In the 2000s, the event and catering company took over Hunters’ Glen Golf Club Food & Beverage division, then launched private box catering at the Hershey Centre and managed Iceland Sports Bar, both on behalf of the City of Mississauga and Don Cherry of the Mississauga Ice Dogs.
The hotel will have 52 luxury offices as well as terrace rooftop pool, the five-star CLJ restaurant, a 10,000-square-foot spa and wellness centre and a members-only wine club among other perks. Surrounding amenities outside of the hotel include a Mexican restaurant, Yo Amo Tacos Bar ‘n Grill.
The hotel’s food and beverage will be managed by Long Valley Hospitality.
“Our next evolution is Hotel Vie adjacent to the 3,000 weekly guests at Château Le Jardin Event Venue in Vaughan and minutes from Pearson International Airport,” said Carlo Parental, president and CEO of Parental International.
