How’s the customer service in Georgina?
The town is developing a customer service strategy aimed at improving customer service delivery.
And the town wants to hear from you.
Residents and businesses are encouraged to participate by filling out a survey, which will help shape the customer service strategy.
The deadline to complete the survey is July 15, and it can be completed online at georgina.ca/service. Hard copies of the survey can be picked up at the Civic Centre, any Georgina public library branch, the Georgina Leisure Pool, The Link and Club 55 locations.
The survey looks at how customers currently access town services and what improvements can be made.
The goal of the multi-year strategy is to define exceptional service and to outline what steps the town needs to take to meet the needs of residents and business owners.
